THEY ARE ALL LYING THIEVING PEOPLE!!!! If you have East Texas cable please read and be very careful... They came out and set up our cable and internet for us!! When they man was leaving he told us we owed them 230 dollars, so I gave the man 240 dollars and to keep the change as a tip (it was really hot that day)!! Come to find out this man pocketed 100 of my dollars!! He did not give me receipt (it's my fault for not asking for one) but the man stole my money and is lying about it!! And the company is believing him over us so don't trust them, don't give them any money,, and if you can I would switch company's because they can't treat there customers with respect!!! THEY ARE LYING THIEVING PEOPLE!!!

East Tx Cable Co. is a joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY! I work online, it's very hard to get anything done when your internet cuts out on you every other minute! LITERALLY! Every other minute! I pay WAY TOO MUCH and still have to go to the library to use the internet!!! For almost a year now I have been calling regularly to get them to fix it but I get the same message that they are aware of the problems in my area and are working on fixing it! FOR ALMOST A YEAR STRAIGHT?! SERIOUSLY?!

As I sit her now typing this, it's cutting in and out, I will have to wait before I can post. I miss my Sudden Link, I was with them for years and NEVER once had a problem...

Worst company ever

This is the worst company I have ever given my money to. How in the world can you keep running a business when you can't even provide the the product that the business requires? My internet has constantly been going in and out for months. My boyfriend, who is taking college courses and must do his homework online, has had to drive back and forth from his mom's every night to use her internet! Every time we call to try and get some insight into what the problem is, we reach the answering service, whether it be 8 am or 8 pm. No one has helped us or given any more information besides "they're working on it" or "they're flying in a guy from Arizona tomorrow." Really?? It is obvious that this company cannot handle even the simplest of services that running this business requires. Surely, the city of Canton will soon allow a better internet company to set up in Canton. Any company would be better.

This is the worst internet company ever. The service is constantly in and out. I can guarantee you if there was another internet cable in the area they would put this company out of business.
