Best HONEST service around! I have trusted the Sorensen's with my vehicles for years! Whenever I try to go somewhere else other businesses try to sell me things I dont need. Eatonville Auto Center has always been honest with me, timely and comparatively priced. Despite moving from the area I still travel back to eatonville for all my car maintenance.

We had our car breakdown about 4 miles from the shop and required towing. They charged us fair for the parts and labor but a massive amount for towing 4 miles. They were polite with us but never get you car towed by them - ever.

While visiting Mt. Rainier, our brakes went out. They found the parts right away and then fixed them in two hours. Although they were very busy, they fixed the car. I would definitely recommend them.

AVOID THIS BUSINESS AT ANY COST. On Friday, 06-13-14 my wife took our pick-up truck to Sorenson's to have a leaking tire repaired. They had the truck in the service bay for over an hour. She was charged $22 and drove a few miles home. The following Monday, while towing a loaded trailer on the freeway, the tire suffered a sudden catastrophic failure. After installing the spare we drove to the nearest tire shop(Discount Tire) for a replacement. They discovered and documented that Sorenson's, either while dismounting or remounting, had damaged the bead so that the tire would not even hold air. To cover this up, they installed an inner tube in a tubeless radial tire and said nothing about it. THIS IS A TOTALLY UNSAFE PRACTICE. FAILURE IS A CERTAINTY. The manager at Discount told me "they put a grenade on your truck". As added stupidity, the tube Sorenson's installed was used and likely only fit for a play toy. Then they had the nerve to charge for this crap. THIS BUSINESS SHOULD NOT BE IN BUSINESS. THEY PUT LIVES AT RISK.

We had a motor bike and a quad in to be fixed. The bike was fixed the quad wasn't after about 1 year. In that year we wanted to pick it up. They always had a story and we felt like we couldn't come get it. We made up our mind and went in and said we are going to get it. He said they have 13 hours of work on it. No way!!! It wouldn't start so that is why it was in the shop. He said we owe him 150.00. We come back to get it. We only gave him 100.00. He is pushing us out the door. It was very strange. He had his pitbull around him acting like we were going to do something. We get home and we see the battery is gone. The spark plug is gone. This quad had only 20hours of work time (us driving it) on it. It had seven hours when we bought it. It was new. I think what happen they could not fix it , but they took my parts so they didn't want me to pick it up. That is why a year went by.

After we picked it up I called left messages that my battery and spark plug were gone.He never returned my calls. I didn't go back to the shop. He is not a nice guy. He made us feel like we did something wrong, (when he did). He was telling us this is a junk quad. I guess it is the model he had a problem with. Yamoto.
