I've had a horrible experience with Edgewater Rain Gutters! I contacted them to come-by and give me an estimate. We set a date and time, only for them to completely be a no show. After speaking to them, they admitted that they forgot to put my appointment in their schedule. They came a week later and gave me an estimate. I decided to give them a second chance and hire them since they had done work for me in the past. I spoke to the owner who scheduled me for a 9:30am installation. At 10:00am I get a call saying that they will be at least 2 hours late because they were far away and needed to get material for the job. At this point, I was very disappointed. I had taken time-off from work to meet them for the initial estimate appointment, which they blew off. I had also taken my morning off just so that I can meet them; let them in the property for them to start their work. Finally, I told them not to bother with the installation. I cannot work with a company that has serious deficits in customer service. Altogether, I lost almost an entire day of work without getting my gutters installed, due to the lack of planning, preparedness, and professionalism from Edgewater Rain Gutters. I gave them a second chance, was loyal to them and all I got was the need to find another company to install my gutters. Very disappointing! I do not recommend this company!

I cannot work with a company that has such poor customer service, is unprepared and lack professionalism. I gave them a second chance, was loyal and still ended up needing to find another company to install my gutters. I do not recommend this company!

Provided by SuperpagesThey were very prompt and always returned my phone calls with any questions I had. Installation crew was very professional and cleaned everything up very well when job was done. I have recommended them to many people, as everyone has said how beautiful my new gutters look.
I found these guys on the internet. Gave them a call and they were prompt and professional. Best of all at a good price.
