I have permit parking. You call them and some rachet lady picks up the phone. Very rude!! I have called 2 times to have some one towed out of my parking which I pay monthly and guess what 1 hr later and they still no show. waste of time and services. I will advice my landlord to find a more reliable towing company. Because they are who the police always call does not make you the best towing company out there. I am totally disgusted with these people. With connections and all Still an horrible company.
