Enterprise is a great company to use when you're looking for a rental car. The car I just rented at the Fort Lauderdale airport location was clean and appeared to be nearly new. The people I've interacted with were very pleasant and helpful. It was a good experience and I highly recommend Enterprise.

We rented from palm Springs airport location and it was GREAT! Have used Hertz and others in past trips to PS, Enterprise beat them all hands down. Very busy day but waited in line less than 15 minutes, sales lady was friendly, fast, helpful. Car we reserved 2 months prior was there, exact car no downgrade substitutions like Hertz does. Rate was exactly what was quoted online--no extras or surprises. Highly recommend and will use for future trips to PS area.

The Enterprise-Rent-A-Car office in Hudson, NY is a 5 star establishment! I have rented cars all over the United States for decades but I have never experienced the super high quality service which I have experienced at the Hudson location at 350 Fairview Avenue. At this time there are three employees there who will go so far out of their way to make sure you get the best quality rental car they can offer you at the lowest price. These men are Matthew Bertrams, Alex Sardo and Jamie Reed. Their office has been winning awards lately for the top quality work they provide and I am not surprised to see their beautiful awards at their front desk when I go to pick up my rental cars! If you need to rent a car in upstate New York, you really need to call these guys!

Enterprise offers excellent service. The staff is helpful and friendly. The cars are new. I did not have any problems with any car I rented from Enterprise. The loss-damage waiver insurance is affordable and worth purchasing.

They do a very good job. It is a very busy location and they work hard to serve their customers. They are always pleasant and thoughtful.

I reside in Brooklyn but have rented from this Enterprise location multiple times. The cost for the same vehicle closer to my apartment is much more so I do not mind traveling to this location for a rental. My most recent rental was on December 16, 2016 and I was very pleased with the selection and service given by Enterprise. I've rented from essentially all of the other companies and by far this company is the best one to rent from. I will be renting again from Enterprise soon.
This Enterprise location has a fantastic and enthusiastic team. They offer excellent customer service and are consistently courteous and thoughtful.
I have been a patron to this location for several months. Without fail, they have always 'picked me up and dropped me off' (as the commercial says). They are attentive of any issues I may have concerning my rental.
Keep an eye out for the specials on their website by signing up! They have all kinds of goodies. It keeps me interested in renting from them.

COLORADO SPRINGS, CO 80905-7309
Upon renting a car from Enterprise, in Colorado Springs, Colorado, on March 14, 2014, Keith, the manager had his employee continuously harass me, holding me from leaving for about 15 minutes, attempting to intimidate me into buying the optional insurance of which I repeatedly told the agent I had insurance for the rental. I got a credit card, specifically, for its insurance of car rentals. The card’s terms state they will not insure a rental car if any other insurance is purchased. I had to tell them this, repeatedly, when I finally asked them how many times do I have to say this. They pretentiously kept arguing, “I don’t want you to be not covered.”, ignoring what I had told them. Enterprise had been my preferred car rental company until this incident. This had never happened to me before anywhere in the country with Enterprise or any car rental company. I believe Keith singled me out for this harassment because I am not white; other customers were not being treated this way. This racial discrimination is consistent with Colorado’s attitude toward non-white people, and I have never experienced racism in any other state until I moved to Colorado. Perhaps, this is not just Keith’s discrimination toward non-whites, but it is the policy of racial discrimination with Enterprise nationwide; as with his employee, Keith was just doing what he was told to do.

I have been using Enterprise on and off for many years and have always had good experience up until this last time. I rented a car at Newark Liberty Airport on 10/23/2016. It was having mechanical problems and on 10/26, I had to drive it to a different Enterprise and get a different car. I later found out that the extra airport fees were still being applied. It was also a much larger vehicle, not a choice I would have made, that only has been getting 17 miles to the gallon as opposed to the smaller car that was getting around 27. I had to return that vehicle and pick up a different one, a full size, that was confirmed and 45 minutes away from the location I was at. When I arrived, the car I was promised was not actually available and they told me I had to continue using the vehicle I brought in.
The overview: I was almost stuck on the side of the road due to near mechanical failure and was told I had to drive the first car to the Enterprise before it closed in 45 minutes. I was rented another car that was much bigger than I originally bargained for and had much less fuel efficiency. I was told that I could bring that second car back to pick up a confirmed vehicle only to find out that there was no vehicle for me to pick up. I wasted my time by 2 1/2 hours due to the extra driving involved of going to the third Enterprise and the returning to my starting point in rush hour traffic. What can you do about this?

We were sent over here from East Tennessee Dodge because East Tennessee was out of loaner cars. We were told that East Tennessee would pay for everything. Yet, as soon as my wife walked into the door, Enterprise asked for her credit card. When she asked why, they stated that they were going to charge us $1 and when we brought the car back they would give us that $1 back. I said I will just give you a dollar. The girl behind the counter then said that they have to have a credit card on file – which was odd given that they already had East Tennessee’s credit card on file (there was no need for them to have ours as well). The girl then stated that it was their policy. I guess they have to have two credit cards on file.
Needless to say we didn’t take the rent-a-car. If East Tennessee didn’t pay them, that was between them – should have nothing to do with us.
In my opinion, this is just another company looking to rip people off. I will NEVER use Enterprise – EVER! I personally believe that they just think their customers are too stupid to know any better and that is a company that I will never give my money to.
