Jim has been our contractor for many years and many projects. His work is superior as is his character. He is always on time and on budget. We were tire of looking at a dated brick fireplace in our family room and Jim covered the existing brick to make an elegantly detailed mantle and tile surround. Another project with stunning results was to add a venetian plaster to our kitchen walls creating an old world feel with layers of texture and color. I felt strongly about refinishing my dated but well-made kitchen cabinets but was told to replace them by most contractors that I contacted. Fine Finishes had the skill, vision and creativity to work with me and bring my kitchen from the 1970's into the twenty first century! The cabinets look beautiful and I saved a substantial amount of money by keeping them.

Jim Cooper is an excellent contractor. He stuck to his budget and treated my house with respect. His communication was also outstanding. I would highly recommend Fine Finishes.
