Florida Family Movers

We recently used Florida Family Movers and we were very pleased. They were professional and showed up on time. We were also very impressed that all of our belongings were taken very good care of. We had used other movers over the years and have had some bad experiences. However, this was a great experience. We will recommend them for sure.

I was so relieved to find Florida Family Movers here in The Villages and this was by far the best mover I have ever used. I had another mover scheduled and they never showed up. When I called them to find out if they were coming to do the move they were rude and said they never had us scheduled. I had called them two days before to make sure we were. I asked my Realtor for a recommendation and she told us about Florida Family. When I called and told them my situation they were very kind and worked with me to get us taken care of as soon as possible. I spoke to Liz and what a nice person she was. My elderly Mom lives with me and has special needs and I was so concerned that the movers would have the patience and understanding to make the move as easy as possible. They were just amazing. From the first time I called them on the phone they told me about their pricing and were upfront. They knew we were over the barrel but did not nickle and dime us to death. I was so happy that they did not try to price gouge us because we needed a mover right away. It certainly says a lot about a company who does not raise the price because someone needs their service in short notice. Their movers Dennis and crew were on time and gave us an estimate when they got to my house. They were professional and very careful when packing our things on the truck as well as taking them off. It was a great help that they took apart the beds and put them back together for us. I could have never done that. They are the first movers not to damage anything during any of our moves. The final price ended up costing less than their estimate and the guys were very kind to me and my family. Good old fashion customer service I though was a thing of the past but not with Florida Family. I would certainly recommend them to anyone who needs a mover.
