Four Brothers Appliance Repair

THIS COMPANY IS HORRIBLE, THEY DON'T EVEN HAVE THEIR OWN CONTRACTORS LISCENSE, THEY BORROWED THE ONE THEY HAVE. CUSTOMER SERVICE IS WORST, GIRLS AT THE OFFICE ARE USELESS AND TECHS ARE WORST. THEY HAVE NO TRAINING AND ADVICE TO ALWAYS CHECK WITH THE BBB FOR ANY COMPANY BEFORE CALLING THEM AND HAVING THE WORST EXPERIENCE EVER.

I'm ashamed to say that these guys totally took me for a ride. I called them for an air conditioner repair. They made unnecessary repair on my unit. Charged me $600 for a one hour repair job. I realized the part they replaced was not even broken. Avoid them at all costs. They also have a terrible record with the better business bureau. I wish I checked them out before I called them into my home.
