Last week I contacted Freedom Phone for an elderly friend who has a hearing issue.
The Freedom Phone saleman was ABSOLUTELY AWFUL -- RUDE and IMPATIENT.
As a result our friend is using another medical alert agency. They were KIND, PATIENT and PLEASANT.
In all my years dealing with salesman this guy was the worst!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
