Garon-teed Roofing

Choose Garon-teed to replace my roof in Bow and am glad I did. I highly recommend Mark and his crew. Price was right, the work was done efficiently and with minimal disruption. Also did a great job cleaning up. What more can you ask for? Competence and value.

I had a new GAF roof installed on my 1800s garrison house in Pelham NH on April 2012. Mark and crew from Garon-Teed roofing were excellent to work with. I found his quotes were in the mid price range for all the quotes I received. From my initial meeting, till his final clean up at the job site Mark was very professional towards all aspects of the job. He was exceptional to listening and explaining any concerns I had with the installation of the roof and kept in contact with me with any rain delays that came about. There was no chasing down contractors here! The quality of work was excellent. Mark and crew definitely pays close attention to detail when installing the roof. The clean up was exceptional also. Without any reservations, I can recommend Mark for any roof installation you may have. He is a true professional to his trade!

I wanted to let everyone know how about the fantastic job the Mark and his crew did replacing our roof. We interviewed several companies and found that what mattered even more than the price to us was the attention to detail that they gave our house. We really feel that they went above and beyond when it came to our house, for example, we had some siding replaced and they couldn't find an exact match, so Mark took a sample and said he would keep looking in his travels to other states. He just called us and told us he found one. All this additional effort even after the main job was done and he was paid. That to us is exceptional service. I would recommend them to anyone who needs a job done

After the Feb. 2010 nor'easter/hurricane event, our rubber membrane roof was twisted and mangled like a fruit roll-up. After looking on the Better Business Bureau site for reputable, trustworthy roofers, we made several calls, starting at 6:30 am. Most were answering machines expecting us to leave a message. Mark Garon was the first person to answer his phone, and advised he would stop by - same day. He arrived promptly and temporarily covered up the damaged roof. He provided a reasonably priced and comprehensive estimate to repair the roof, answered questions, made follow up calls, etc. He was polite, professional and responsive. When awarded the work, he and his crew showed up when they said they would, completed the work on time and as estimated - and each day left the yard immaculate. They raked up debris each day - not only on the final day. They moved bird feeders, and garden ornaments to avoid damage, and put them back on their own. Mark kept in constant communication with us during the couple of weeks until he could fix the roof. We had nothing but rain for the past month so it was a tough month for a roofer and he called often to let us know where we were on the schedule. We liked that.



The roofing team arrive on the day specified and the quality looks great! I'm glad we went with the better quality roofing material. The area was cleaned up including my tarp and boards that I had on the roof to stop the leak.

Mark just completed our huge roof in Moultonborough on time, on budget and left us neat and clean. Good communication is the best sign of a competent businessman and Mark knows it. Nothing but praise - call him, you won't regret it! david
