        Overall

        I called yesterday in a panic because a family member had a blown tire and was trying to get to Spokane from Hamilton and was stuck in St. Regis. I called needing help and talked to a receptionist that could not answer my questions. She said she would get a hold of someone that could and have them call me and no one ever called. 24/7 emergency assistance? Id never depend on this place to help, they can't even return a phone call when it's an emergency. Don't advertise for something that you fail to do.
