The owner of the business contacted me after I conveyed to an employee that I was dissatisfied with the answers I was receiving on how to resolve it. He was compassionate, caring and problem solving. I was broken down on the side of the road after my Cadillac over heated. These guys pulled over and helped me when no one else would. Mickey and Tommy (i believe that was their names!!), where so sweet and helpful. They took the cap off the coolant for me (they were afraid it would spray out and burn me), and filled it with the water i had. They recommended a dealer around the corner that wouldn't rip me off. The owner then gave me his personal cell phone number in case i wasn't going to be able to make it to the dealer. Super great guys, i'm so indebted to them!!
