Graham's Restoration

Very unprofessional company. Employees are pleasant and hard working, but management/owner uses bullying tactics. They take advantage of people who are caught in unfortunate instances. "Sign the papers, or we are taking our equipment out" You hear this only after they have spent hours setting up all their equipment. The verbal price quoted is false and not in writing. I was charged over double what I was originally told. Also received charges for services that were not rendered. I found out the company has a bad reputation for aggressive charges, but a little too late. I brought these issues to the attention of the owner, only to have him state that he was going to file a lien on the property if he did not get his money. Had to hire an attorney and filed a complaint with the state. A total disaster. Beware.
