David Wayne Harmon, owner of Harmon Remodeling, has had his license revoked by the VA DPOR (you can look this up). He abandoned our remodeling job halfway through it, he left things undone and done wrong and left our house in barely livable!! He won a court judgment against him and he owes us nearly $13,000!!
