        customer dissatisfaction

        This company's claim of "100% satisfaction guaranteed" is absolutely worthless. If you have a problem, which I have just experienced, don't waste your time trying to contact them ... it is impossible. They do not respond to emails and have insulated themselves from phone calls. They sent me wrong printer catridges which I returned at my expense. Buy from them at your peril.
