Islander Pools

We went to Islander Pool and Spas after hearing that a friend bought a pool there and was very satisfied with the product and price.We had been thinking of having a pool and spa installed for a few years now.We went to the Ballston Spa store and was met immediately by a very welcoming young gent.We explained what we were looking for and he introduced us to Joe There was no pressured sales pitch for us to purchase a pool and/or spa.It was a pleasure to have Joe explain all the facts and product information and pricing as well as the quality and expertise of these pools and spas.We sat down and everything was in order at the best price we had encountered anywhere else.We purchased an above ground pool and a spa tub.Joe arranged delivery of the spa the next week and arranged for the pool to be installed come spring.The spa was delivered on time and set in place expertly by the delivery men.They also gave us expert instruction on the spas use and maintenance.Joe also arranged for an electrician to come out and wire the spa as well.Dan,the electrician came out twice and was very professional in estimating his work.He wired the spa and was very reasonable in his pricing.He also helped in getting the spa filled and started.Overall,we can not wait till spring till we get our pool installed.We have used the spa now and it is beautiful.Overall,Islander Pools and Spas and Joe and the support staff are great people to do business with.

I purchased a pool from Islander in April and have been completely satisfied. Joe was excellent and extremely informative. He was knowledgeable and more than helpful every step of the way. From the initial purchase to building permit questions to closing the pool. We the pool installation time came one cap was damaged but one quick call to Joe and he order a new one and I had it in no time. We attended the pool closing seminar on a Saturday morning and he gave us complete detailed instructions and helpful hints to make sure our pool was closed for the winter season. I would highly recommend anyone who is interested to go see Joe.

I have done business with Islander Pools & Spas for over 15 years and have nothing but good things to s as y about all my purchases Big and small. All of the employees have been very helpful and very Informative a I have never left unhappy. So, if your thinking about purchasing a new Pool or Spa I highly recommend Islander Pools & Spas. You can't go wrong and I love my Hot Spring Spa that I purchased from the Ballston Spa Store.

Purchased a Hot tub approx. 2 months ago. Have had issues with the ACE, Moto massage and Neck jet. Still having water issues as i write this. Horrendous technicians! Bad attitudes and do not know there "stuff". Getting a return call back after 3 messages is like pulling teeth! Also, speak to 5 people, get 5 different answers. The entire store would benefit from a Hot springs tutorial so that everyone is on the same page. Unfortunately, I will now have to deal directly with the manufacturer. Just a heads up to all of you considering Islander pools and Spas. PS... Our salesman John was an exception :)

Hot tub arrived damaged. Joe promised to order new exterior panels and install. Called him multiple times - He promises to resolve, then nothing - no action. Don't walk, run away from this people.
