I'm sorry to say I had a bad experience. A guy came out to fix my electric dryer, which was making a squealing noise. He spent an hour with it, then told me "Bad news, you have to buy a new dryer." He said he replaced the belt, then it started making a noise in the motor. So he put the old parts back in, charged me $75 for the visit and left. After he left, I used the dryer, and the noise was terrible, way worse than before. I called in twice and left messages to speak to someone about what happened. I was told the owner would call me, but no one ever did. Seven days after the "repair," my dryer died. I'm still waiting for my return call.
