Jbl Duct And Carpet Cleaning

I contacted with Florida AC service and Duct cleaning (aka Jbl Duct And Carpet Cleaning Llc) to clean both my Air Conditioning after a seeing a ad for "free" dryer duct cleaning. Turns out if the Dryer exhaust port is located on the roof there is an $100 fee for it. (something the Ad did not mention). After charging for the fee i was informed they did not have a ladder tall enough to reach a 2nd story roof and would need to return later on in the week to clean it.



They told me "reschedule" the dryer duct cleaning portion of my cleaning service. After Florida AC Service‎ "no showed" on three of their rescheduled appointments to finished the original job. It has now been two months and they have refused to call me back, and every time i ask for a manger on the phone they tell me they are "in a meeting" or "on lunch."
