Hired to install new laminate and tile flooring. He seemed very nice and thorough. They were not dependable in terms of times they would arrive. They left the house an absolute mess. The finished product looked great but within a week the grout between the tile began to break and the laminate started to buckle. I had to hire a flooring contractor to come and repair both the laminate and tile. Because the laminate was not cut the correct size it physical cracked and snapped along the edges in several room. The flooring contractor discovered the grout is breaking up because not all of the tiles had thin set gluing them to the backer board and the backer board is also floating. The whole tile floor has to be taken up and reinstalled.
