Generally I never write reviews and hardly give merit to most on these kind of web sites, but recently had a change of opinion prompting to write one myself.

I am a consulting engineer and retired hvac engineer. I have been in the business for over 40 years. Recently I took on an account to which they were at their wits end regarding their comfort issues. I was introduced to Dave though a friend, and hired his company to investigate the building. After several days of taking readings and traversing ductwork, He was able to make some simple adjustments, bringing the building back to a reasonable degree of comfort. Along the way making suggestions and implementing some of these resulted in some very happy tenants as well as the owners.

Bottom line, I was extremely happy with using Keiser mechanical, and will most likely use no one else. Five stars

These guys just saved me 10,000 !!! I was told by several companys that I needed a new a/c system. They came and fixed my old one for a fraction of the cost.. Its so refreshing to see an honest contractor out there! I will never call anyone else again.

Had a new systems installed - they did a great job and came thru on all of their promises. Very professional would gladly use them again!

We had no heat in the middle of the night, called and got the owner. Fixed it fast. Very friendly and reasonable.

Excellent service. They responded quickly, and fix every thing the first time out. Had many other Cooling & Heating so called “experts” in our building, but none took the time and had the expertise of Dave and his crew. Very professional and knowledgeable.
