Kiley & Sons

Called Kiley & sons for an estimate and scheduled an appointment. Upon our appointment window ending and no one at our house we called and were told their computers crashed the night before and they were "winging it" because they lost all their appointments. OK, understandable it happens. They came out and did the estimate. We liked the price so we called to schedule an appointment. Again, upon the end of the day with no one at the house we called. There had been an emergency and were unable to come(no one bothered to call and tell us this) So we then made an appointment for the following morning at 8AM. 8:45 came and no one was here yet again. We called and they told us they were having computer problems and could be here within the next hour. (By this time we had to go to work and declined the appointment and decided to go with another plumber). Overall, this business seems completely unorganized and unsympathetic to the paying customer that made several appointments for a simple service. I would say pay the extra money and go with someone else it is definitely not worth the hassle.
