I gifted this service to my Mom who can’t clean her house like she used to. I warned the owner in advance that my Mom is picky! Sandra showed up ready to walk through the house and hear exactly how Mom likes thing last doneZ (she was 15 min late but it really wasn’t a problem)

Sandra did a great job! My Mom was very happy with her cleaning and felt comfortable staying in the house since it wasn’t a team of strangers coming in to clean. I think she liked the 1:1 attention and Sandra was very respectful of Mom’s home.

Lady In White just made my life and my Moms a little easier!

I requested a deep cleaning of an empty house before the movers brought my stuff over from a prior house. I was promised a great job with lots of details for a VERY steep price, but the services seemed appropriate for what was promised. The price included a deep clean of the finished basement. My house is big, but it was newly repainted, new carpets, and floors refinished. It needed a good cleaning, though.
The reality is that only one woman, "Barbara", came, not a team. For promptly 8 hours and no more, she cleaned what she could, but deep cleaning includes wiping insides of empty cabinets, wiping doors to cabinets, wiping baseboards, cleaning switch plates and door knobs, focusing on kitchen and baths, etc. None was done and much was dirty and sticky. After leaving with only half of the promised services done, I was asked if I wanted to get her in for a second day for the same price - NO WAY!!!!
Carpets were not vacuumed, presumably because some still had some tracks from my vacuuming from the week prior - but contractors had been there all week, the painters slept on the carpets overnight, and all carpets needed to be carefully vacuumed. I was EXTREMELY disappointed with this company and the woman who owns it, who uses her "woman owned company" as really the only attribute to the place. While I prefer to support a female run company, I also expect to get the services that I pay for. The price I paid would be equivalent to 4 people doing a cleaning for 6 hours at the company I now use (Cleaning Authority) - and they are doing a great job. I would definitely NOT recommend this company. Over-priced, low quality, poorly run, lots of excuses. This was a TERRIBLE experience and in the middle of an exhausting move, left me and my daughters trying to clean for many hours into the night before the movers came with furniture that would prevent every space to be cleaned.

Very Happy with this cleaning service! Dependable..detailed.. we now have service we can count on... Started with a deeper house cleaning...then my wife liked it so much, we now have service bi-weekly..
