NOT LEVELED, ALL CORNERS DENTED, WOOD SPLINTERED, ROOF PEELED BACK, SIDES LOOK AS THOUGH THEY WERE BEAT WITH A BASEBALL BAT. CALLED TO COMPLAIN TO LARRY AND HE HUNG UP AND TURNED HIS PHONE OFF.
