*** Technicians Do Not Keep Appointments****I made an appointment for pricing information and possible installation of an outdoor security light and the technician never came. When I called Lowry to state I wasn't paying the $49.00 fee since the tech never came, I received attitude form the rep who stated they left me a voicemail and since I wasn't available, I would have to wait approx 2 weeks for another appt. I was home all afternoon waiting for them and not only did my phone not ring, there were no messages. I had even comfirmed my appointment with their customer service department earlier that day.
