I am from the Detroit area and was recently up in northern Michigan visiting family. I was met with wonderful customer service! The employees were so helpful. They really made my experience easy. I would send all my friends and family to this company!!! :)



It is also my understanding they have 24 hour tow service, I will remember this on the snowy nights if I ever need a tow, they will be the first company I will call. Thanks Mancelona Auto Body! :)

I had a wonderful experience. I needed a part replaced on my car and I called them to see if it is something they could do for me and how much it was going to cost. The lady that I talked to told me that I should call my insurance company, I asked her if she thought that they would cover this. She told me that they might and it wouldn't hurt to call them to find out. I did call them and they covered the cost 100%. She saved me from having to pay out of pocket. They even got the part replaced before I had to go out of town. This is a wonderful place to go and they really took care of me. I would recommend this place to anybody.
