Melly�s Bellys classes combine strength training, cardio drills, core and pelvic work and stretching for a total fitness program perfect for both pregnant and post natal women. These classes are held on a six-week schedule, twice a week. (Unless otherwise notified) Melly�s Bellys provide not only a safe and effective exercise regime, but also valuable information on pregnancy, breastfeeding and child safety.
