Overall

Got stuck with this CO. for a year (contract).

The Staff was always pleasant, but EVER CHANGING! I was told at least 2 personel per cleaning. That only happened 4 times then it was down to one....After 4 calls to the office due to unsatisfactory cleaning, I was reminded of the contract and they will make it right. The staff is underpaid and scheduled too heavily.

STAY AWAY FROM CONTRACTS! I now have an independent Co. that has 4-5 personnel at each cleaning at HALF THE COST OF MERRY MAIDS.
