I never had issues with metronet they are always great

Best cable/ internet in town. They are the best price and I've never had to call them because the internet rarely goes down. (2x in 3 years)

I am satisfied with cinergy until they lose the Fort Wayne signals - all 3 of them and it is disgusting whan you want to see something on CBS, ABC or NBC and it's not there.

Also, when I'm talking on the phone to someone who has the same channel on that I do, their channel shows the picture 10-15 seconds before Cinergy. Why is this?

Their service is horrible for the price you pay. their Internet & Cable is constantly freezing up. It's just a ridiculous hassle.
