Metropolitan Bank

Unless you thrive on head-banging frustration, do NOT work with this bank. The online services are apparently outsourced, and the customer service is deplorable. I have logged in successfully ONE TIME in several months of being saddled with a loan at this bank. If you use the phone (photo of check) to make a deposit, you get locked out of the account on the computer. If you call for help, you must wait for an email that may or may not get you back into the account. By that time, they've changed something, which requires a log-in for a code, but you can't log in to get it. Customer service then treats you like a moron. I am a grown person who has been brought to near tears at least twice when forced, monthly, to log in to make a payment. At this point, I'm considering getting another loan to pay this one off, so I can get away from this bank. I make deposits in person, and on my last visit, a gentleman was in the bank with similar complaints, so I know I'm not alone. The employees at the bank are very polite, but the system is not workable.

I recently moved to the area and opened up a bank account with Metropolitan Bank and I couldn't be happier with their friendly customer service.
