        Overall

        Had a no heat situation on Sunday with zero weather. They advertise 24/7 service. Left two messages and never received a return call. Called Dor Mar and they were out in a couple of hours and fixed the problem promptly. In the mean time, no one from Mickley has called back..............POOR, POOR service!!!!!!!! Would give them zero stars if I could.
