OUSTANDING - FAST - HONEST - If you are looking for a water heater - look no further. These people are great and their prices are fantastic. More importantly, they are honest. I was in a real mess. I needed a water heater fast and I am on a limited budget. When I called around I was shocked at the installation prices and the conflicting stories about what all was required. When I called MR. Plumber, I got a straight story from Justin and an honest quote. Justin and Jeremy were out very quickly, installed the new water heater and took the old one away with no muss, no fuss and no hidden charges. Justin stuck to his quote. I wound up with a better hot water heater and a better warranty for less than other companies were going to charge me for just the installation alone! I also think its important to say that when I paid them, I gave them too much money and it was Justin who caught my mistake. I can't say enough about this fine company. I highly recommend them. I Had to have a water service line replaced, because mine was broken and leaking water into my basement. I had 6 other plumbing contractors come out and look at it and there estimates ranged between 2350 and 4300. So i kept on with my search and came across mr. plumber check up on them they don't single bad comment anywhere.

The plumbers from mr. plumber came out gave me a quote of 1225 and I agreed right there on the spot signed the contract they were to come out monday by 10 am they did not make it there until 11. I was not mad or did not say one word to them about it but them manager called and apologized for there tardiness and took off a hundred dollars off my bill I was In complete SHOCK. I WAS VERY, VERY PLEASED WITH THE WORK AND THEIR PRICE WAS UNBELIEVABLE AND THAT 100 OFF WAS JUST MORE ICING ON THE CAKE THANK-YOU SO MUCH AND DEFINITELY RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE LOOKING FOR A GREAT PLUMBER AT GREAT RATES THANKS AGAIN GUYS YOU WERE A VERY BIG HELP

I called Mr Plumber for my basement flooding with raw sewage. They sent out their draib cleaning crew. Which was very knowledgable and worked quickly to get my drain cleaned they. They did a root kill treatment. They cleaned up my basement and sprayed a sanitizer all over my floor so that the raw sewage did not makr anyone sick or make my floor mold or stink. They even did a free camera and water jet to make my pipes like new thanks Mr Plumber for great service and I definetly recommend them to anyone looking for awesome service at a great price

I went down to my basement to find a complete mess toilet paper and very dirty toilet water mess. every time i flushed my toilet it came out of the pipe in my basement. apthe plumber parently my main drain was backed up so i call a few companies to find out some pricing and they were all around 200-325. so I called this company. They said they could have someone out to me within the hour literally less than 10 minutes later i heard a knock at they door low and behold it was the plumber (Berry) WOW that was fast berry had me cleaned out in about an hour, cleaned up all the mess, filled my pipes full of some type of foam to kill the roots and even sprayed a sanitizer on the floor to kill any germs or bacteria from the flood. and they only charged me $125.00

Justin and Chris were very helpful and worked like crazy to get us fixe up. These guys were great, going to have them come back out for me next time I have a problem. A+++

I contacted Justin of Mr. Plumber through Craigslist. The listing was well worded and the price was right, (about $200.00 cheaper than the other quotes). Justin was very courteous and promptly scheduled his service techs for a next day appointment. Although the promised appointment time was bumped back a little, the techs were very efficient and professional with the installation of the hot water heater. They even upgraded the water heater from a Rheem to a Bradford White, when they found that they were out of stock on the 50 gallon Rheem. I am very happy with their work and will reccommend these guys to any one who has a plumbing need, as well as gladly use them again in the future. Justin and Chris were awesome!!!! They had me fixed in no time. They installed a new sump pump, fixed my garbage disposal , took care of a clogged sinked and bath tub and showed me how I could save money. They are dedicated to doing a good job and the price was excellent. I am so glad they are a seven day a week operation that you can call on with no additional charge if it is a aweekend or a holiday. Isn't it like Murphy's law that things break during those times! Well these are he guys to call if that should happen. If it is a holiday or weekend they will be the first I call.
