DO NOT USE! I was told my quote was a not to exceed price just to have $ 500 added on later on. The day of my move the driver didn't show up. It took 2 1/2 hours of calling and being told someone would call me back just to be promised the driver would arrive early the next morning. Again, didn't show and didn't show up until late afternoon. The driver barely spoke English so when he couldn't find my house I had to go to where he was and have him follow me back. I moved 650 miles with just me and a one year old. They made a stressful situation way more stressful than it should have been.

I have no complains with this fantastic crew, normally when I use a service, I am a very demanding person, first because you are paying and second because you believe in what they tell you, and is important especially when is about your possessions, but I can tell how happy I am with the result, zero broken elements and efficient team. Good job

They were very professional with my things, I have many pretty expensive valuable things that they did not want to break or scratch, so with extra care they started and finished. I was very glad because nothing happened to my possessions

Nice Job, the started punctual and finished on time, they did all the moving with extra care because I told them to, It was good to see how they work and very important that the price that they charge is fear enough.

I was happy with the deal, and please with the service, there were 10 min late, but compensating me they worked so hard so the finished 30 min early, finally the were very tired but I had a smile for the rest of that day.

Local moving was nice, I was satisfy working with them, I can recommend having an other person in the crew, because they worked really hard to do it.

Not bad at all, comited to what they had to do all day long, no tiem to stop or think, they went straight with no limits, finishing they had the same nice attitude that at the begining that was a surprice for me, so I want to recognize hoe good they are.

Is a company with nice understanding of what is moving, they take everything like theirs and move the boxes and furniture with no problems, they have no buts in doing things, and that, I liked.

After hiring them I felt scare because it was the first time moving with this guys and there are many things that you dont know if are going to work, since moving is a big thing I was expecting not the best, but surprisingly no misunderstanding and what is good for me no delays.

By the time they left me I felt like I could do this seven times in one year if the service was like this all the time. I will never go with another moving company after this experience. THANKS!

Last weekend I used Neighbors Moving and Storage to get out of my apartment that got foreclosed on. It was such a shock to me that I had been paying my rent and my landlady didn't pay the mortgage and I had to take the loss! The worst part was I had 48 hours to get out. I was really panicking because I knew I couldn't do it all myself. I called Neighbors on Monday and they came out Tuesday to move me. I was so impressed they came out on such short notice. The sales guy made me really confident that everything would be okay and he was right. The guys showed up and they were really polite and hard working. They got me out of my one bedroom, with a flight of stairs to get down, and into my new one bedroom in two hours. The whole thing was so quick. I had no damage to any of my things, they didn't try to get me for double the estimate, all the things I was worried about with booking it last minute. I was really happy I used Neighbors and I would recommend them to anyone and everyone.

They gave me a great quote but then overcharged me after the move. They also didn't use blankets and damaged much of my furniture. Upon contacting them they have repeatedly ignored my request for filing a damage claim. Do yourself a favor and look them up at the BBB, I should have.

Horrible company. They low-ball quote on the phone to get your business and then overcharge you on the day of the move. Extremely dis-honest people, do not trust them with your move.
