My Computer Works

I have never been so satisfied with a company. My Computer Works has lifted a weight off of my shoulders. I am older and disabled became a recluse until I bought my first computer a few years back. With it came the bad nerves and sick stomach every time I had a problem with my computer. It was my lifeline and I do not understand any computer talk or problems. I found My Computer Works and all of the fear of the computer is gone. I had a problem today and just called, Crystal called me in about half an hour and fixed the problem and got me going again. She was very knowledgeable and explained all my questions in detail. Sean is another tech that has been delightful while helping me. They do not make me feel stupid for not understanding things sometimes. They did not make me feel stupid when I went to a "site" that I should have known better than to go to. They cleaned it up for me with a chuckle. My Computer Works has taken all my worries away and I would highly recommend them to everyone.

My computer works is been the very most helpful and successful in fixing ALL of the problems I have had with my computer and internet access problems. The technician Cristal, is the very BEST! and just has great understanding and patience if not only fixing my computer problems, but calming the storm of frustration, I have when I just cannot get anywhere. When I need them, And Cristal They , and SHe is there. they are truly a blessing to people like me. I cannot express my deepest gratitude for their patience, professionalism, and skill.. Oh did I say they are real good?

I needed help with my laptop today and Crystal was very knowledgeable and took care of my issues with malware along with other problems in an efficient manner. Great service.

I wouldn't trust any other company with my PC!! Our computers have ALL of our personal information on them, and scammers are always trying to get it. I love this company! They helped me set up the system I bought at Best Buy and they made it so easy and stress free! I loved them so much that I called them when I had a weird virus on my computer and they fixed it in a few hours. I will always use them for computer issues.
