Initially when the warranty company sent for me to do a review I gave them a one star from the email, but I feel like I need to come back and give them a 5 star because they knew nothing of what was going on and the back and forth and issues I was having with the warranty company.
They gave us a call to make an appointment to come out and we’re willing to help us and let us know how much warranty companies will tend to act, but unfortunately we had already paid out of pocket services to complete what we needed since the warranty company kept going back and forth with us. This company was very respectful and willing to help and literally contacted us the moment they got the service request from the warranty company.
