SCAM ARTISTS

Joe Sims of Commercial Maintenance Chemical Corp. tried to scam us by supposedly sending a "SAMPLE" of a product but instead sent a 20lb box of the stuff along with the bill for it. He refused to take the unopened package back and has since turned our company over to a collection agency. This company should be shut down immediately.

Scammers

They call you, get your name and ship product without an order. What kind of business do they run? If they still try to invoice me for something I didn't order and refused, I will contact the BBB.

Customer service is certainly not their middle name! The women I talked to regarding this were rude, rude, rude......did I mention rude?

Do not deal with CMC!

SCAM

This company called asking for the head maintenance person. I heard my head maintenance person tell them "No, we are not interested" at least 5 times. They said the owner of the company had requested a sample and they were going to send it. The head maintenance person said, "If that is true, fine, but we won't be using it". He asked the owner and he had no idea about it. We received our shipment and an invoice. The owner called and the company told him that his maintenance person was lying to him so he wouldn't get in trouble. The owner refused and told them that the employee would not have been in trouble, even if he did order it. Months passed and they called looking for a payment. As the office manager, I told them no payment would be sent and the woman told me we would be sent to collections.

DO NOT talk to these people. They are horrible and rude.

I am sure that CMC must have hired everyone at the local work shop for the challenged. No one at CMC seems to understand the words, "no, not interested in pricing or products, don't call again '. This is the most unprofessionable bunch of people I have ever been hounded by.

Biggest scammer out there to date

The exact something that has happened to everyone else, happened to me. Sent small quanity of chemical to try, got call telling me that my container was damaged in shippment and that he would send me replacement. The funny thing is that my container was not damage and I told the saleman that. He still sent another container and then another after that. I did not order another container and they refused to take it back. So I told them I refuse to pay the invoice, than I was informed that they would turn my account of the collections. And so Smitty75 how is it to work for a lying, cheating company, do you sleep at night. You would have to be an employee or possibly the owner the defend such a bad company.

scam

Don't order from these folks or even talk to them. The salesman calls asks for the maintenance dept. and asks what chemicals we use. He asks if we want to order, the maintenance dept tells them no. A few days later we have a bucket of chemicals that we did not order from them.We receive the invoice. When I call the number on the invoice it does not work. I finally have to go online to find a working number for them. When I call and ask for the billing department, I get voicemail and leave my cell phone number to get a call back. 30 days later they call me asking for payment, and get this, on my cell phone, not my business phone. They refuse to take the chemicals back. They refuse to give us a credit.

If they call you, just hang up.

Commercial Maintenance Chem. Corp sending unwanted products

This company contacts unsuspecting employees or contractors with company information and trys to get orders for unwanted products. Then they send you products you didn't order (or order from someone that has no authority to place an order) and send you a bill. When you question the bill they refuse to accept product back and just threaten to turn you over to a collection agency. they are very dishonest and rude. They are a complete scam. Avoid this company at all cost. They are crooks.
