No Frills Lawncare

STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS.



My house was damaged and I belive this business was at fault. Although I can't prove it, there is no other logical explination. When asked about it, they refused to file an insurance claim.



On the morning of July 27th, I was out walking around in my backyard. (I don't often go out in the back.) While out there I observed two spots on the back of my house that are damaged. They are both on the part of the house that sticks out due to my fireplace. They were obviously caused by a large item. There are tire marks underneath the damage (in the mud/dirt) and it appears that a piece of lawn-care equipment either backed into or ran into my house.



My lawn care provider (No Frills Lawn Care) is the only company that has been in my backyard. No one in my family, or any visitors, have been out there in over 3 months. We have had no one else over for work on the house. Because of this... I am under the logical assumption that No Frills Lawn Care inadvertantly caused the damage during one of thier weekly services.



I asked them to file an insurance claim with their carrier and/or contact someone to come over and fix the damage at their cost. They claim to be licensed and insured on thier advertisements so I am not sure why this was met with such resistance.



The owner of the company came over and looked at the damage and said there was no way that he or his company could have done it. Even though everyone that has seen the damage thinks it is more than likely that my lawncare provider caused the dmage.
