Had to have bees removed from the backyard to keep the dogs and grandchild safe. Dennis gave the initial assessment, which was followed up with removal by Robert and Toby. Very professional job! They kept me informed of what was happening, quickly got rid of the hive, and cleaned up after themselves. Great service from knowledgeable techs. I highly recommend them!

While I was at work today, my wife called and said she thought she saw a snake in our back yard. I asked her to leave the house while I called pest control companies. Old Reliable was the only one that answered the phone and they dispatched a technician, he came out promptly, and he removed a "rattle" snake from the yard. He searched the ground to make sure there wasn't a nest... I came in to the Simi Valley office to pay for the service and to thank Old Reliable Pest Control personally for coming through and now I don’t have to go home and admit to my wife that I am deathly afraid of snakes..Thanks again Old Reliable!

These guy are awesome they came and have not needed them back since.if you want the job don't right the first time then call these guy I will use them if I ever come across a problem again thanks again
