Remember, even the best equipment is only as good as the installation and service team. When you choose Pac West Elevator as your maintenance provider, you will receive the service which is promised. Upon arrival, our technician will check in with someone from your building and address any concerns, then complete scheduled cleaning and maintenance. We will provide you a detailed log as to what services are performed. On more than one occasion, Pac West Elevator has been asked to bid on a repair that could have been prevented with scheduled cleaning, lubricating and wearable part replacement. Our goal is to sustain a personal relationship with our clients; one that is based on honesty, integrity, and trust. We work hand in hand with you to maintain the safety and reliability of your equipment.
