The Paradise Exterior team was always on time, every phase from sales to installation was enthusiastic and professional. Now that the product is installed it looks even better than anticipated.

Job well done under very difficult conditions. Weather turned very bad with strong winds and tornado warnings. The crew was great, worked through it and very professional. Clean up was excellent! The windows are beautiful. Would definitely use Paradise (and this crew) again.

Warning! Make sure you check into Paradise Exteriors manufacturer's warranty. Their sales rep told me that there was glass breakage protection on the windows. What should have been a red flag was that the sales rep didn't have a copy of the warranty on him. I had to request the warranty via email. I was surprised to find out there is NO GLASS BREAKAGE PROTECTION on the windows. When I confronted Paradise about misrepresenting their product I was told that since the sale reps are selling so many different products they sometimes match the wrong product and warranty. So where does that leave the customer who signed a contract in good faith? Just make sure you get the warranty before you sign the contract!

I was looking for new impact windows. I really wanted a well established company that knew about the different types of impact windows. I had several companies come out. Paradise Exteriors was by far the most informative and knowledgable window company that came. My salesman was so patient and explained the process from beginning to end. Within a month I had beautiful brand new Soft Lite windows. Paradise Exteriors’ secretary, Jalin is super nice and helped me get everything I needed for HOA approval. Dan Beckner, the owner came out himself and made sure I was happy with my windows. Eric Beckner installed the job and did a perfect job. I can’t believe that they got it all done in one day. I am proud to say I am part of the Paradise family!!!
