My mom had lip carcinoma. Dr. Rosso made my Mom take her own bandages and gauze? Who does that… your practice can’t afford to provide this? When removing the stitches Dr. Rosso didn’t use any anesthesia. My Mom was in serious pain while he was removing the stitches and Dr. Rosso didn’t even care! Several months later it didn’t heal, she was referred to another Doctor who was sent from heaven… This new doctor had to re-do procedure and used anesthesia when removing stitches. The new doctor couldn’t believe Dr. Rosso used hard plastic stitches on such a delicate area (the lip) and found 3 large stitches left behind. The new doctor was upset and I quote he said “this doctor should be a veterinarian or go back to medical school!” Several months later my Mom healed and is doing fine. I wouldn’t trust my dog to this so called BEAST of a doctor!

A Neck Lift is a Cosmetic Surgery procedure that improves visible signs of aging in the jawline and neck through either liposuction or skin excision or a combination of both. Patient concerns range from excess fat, skin relaxation in the lower face, fatty deposits under the chin to saggy skin and muscle banding in the neck, which create abnormal contours. Eyelid Surgery
Following surgery, you may temporarily experience tightness around the eyes, bruising, and swelling (these symptoms vary among individuals). Within the first week after surgery, stitches will be removed. After two weeks, non-strenuous exercise may be resumed, and you may wear contact lenses if needed. For several months the skin around your eyes should be treated with extra care. As with all Cosmetic Surgery procedures, the final result will be apparent in about one year. The results of eyelid surgery are long-lasting; however, keep in mind that your eyes will continue to age through the years.

Thigh Lift
Thighs are a tricky area to tone. Sometimes, in fact, they are impossible to shape up. If you are genetically predisposed to carry excess fat cells in your thighs, your battle to trim your upper legs may be useless. For people who have recently lost a lot of weight – especially through gastric bypass surgery – the skin may not “shrink” to hug their new trim figures. This is especially true in the thigh area where the skin is prone to droop and sag. Thigh Lift surgery reshapes the thighs by reducing excess skin, and in some cases fat, resulting in smoother skin and better-proportioned contours of the thighs and lower body. Neck Lift
Dr. Rosso uses the latest techniques in facial contouring to achieve the best results. Incisions are hidden behind the hairline, inside the ear, as well as behind the ear and scalp leaving patients with minimal, hidden scars. After underlying muscles are tightened and fat suctioned, the excess skin is pulled up and back, trimmed, and sutured into place. Liposuction and underlying muscle tightening where needed will leave you with a natural, youthful, well-rested appearance. Finally, a neck lift is part of the lower Facelift to rejuvenate the neck and jawline.
Blepharoplasty
The aging eye often results in a tired, angry, or sad appearance. Eyelid Surgery, also known as Blepharoplasty, is commonly done for aging eyes, but in some people, the traits are inherited requiring surgery at a younger age. In any case, this procedure will result in a more rested, alert, and energized appearance. What Is Eyelid Surgery ? This Plastic Surgery procedure can be done on upper eyelids for excessive, wrinkled, drooping skin and/or on lower eyelids for excessive skin or fat resulting in puffy bags. Patients have Eyelid Surgery alone or together with a face-lift or other facial procedures. The upper eyelid incisions are camouflaged in the natural eyelid fold. The lower eyelid incisions are placed just below the lash line. Dr. Rosso through these incisions removes excess skin and fat. In some cases, he will also tighten the underlying muscle. The incisions eventually fade and blend into the natural creases of the eye.
Abdominoplasty
If you cannot eliminate the excess fat and loose, sagging skin in your abdominal area, Abdominoplasty (Tummy Tuck) may be for you. A firm and smooth abdomen will give your body a more contoured look, and boost your self-image. What Is Abdominoplasty ? Abdominoplasty, more commonly known as Tummy Tuck, is a surgical procedure used to flatten the abdominal wall or stomach area. With pregnancy or weight fluctuations as well as aging, many patients develop skin laxity (loose skin) and the weakening of their abdominal muscles. This Cosmetic Surgery procedure removes excessive hanging skin and tightens loose or stretched muscles in your abdominal wall, thereby, improving your tummy tone and structure. Skin that contains stretch marks on the lower abdomen may be removed as well. The tummy tuck requires a horizontal incision across your lower abdomen (within or above the pubic area). The length of the incision varies depending on the amount of skin to be removed. In some cases, an incision around the navel is made so that the excess skin above the navel is pulled downward and removed. The navel’s position remains unchanged. Keep in mind, the lower abdominoplasty scar is hidden by the patient’s undergarment. Even though the scar is considered permanent and visible it should fade over time. Additional Options Mini-Tummy Tuck If your skin laxity and muscle weakness are confined to the area below your navel, a mini-tummy tuck may be a good option. The scar will be shorter, and an incision around the navel is not required. Dr. Rosso will determine the type of abdominoplasty needed at the time of your free cosmetic consultation. Recover Within the first week, the drainage tubes put in during surgery to prevent fluids from accumulating will be removed. You will wear a support garment for 2 months. You should be able to return to work or school within 3 weeks. Exercises that work the abdominal muscles should be avoided for 3 months. High impact exercise may be resumed within 6-8 weeks. Abdominoplasty produces long-lasting results as long as you can maintain your weight and do not become pregnant. After a tummy tuck, pregnancy will not hurt the mother or baby but may alter the results. As with all cosmetic procedures, the final result will be apparent within about 1 year.
Nose Surgery

Breast Surgery
Once you have decided to undergo breast enlargement, the next consideration is breast size. Keep in mind that there is no correct breast size. Your new size will be judged by your body frame and preference. Implant sizes do not come in A, B, C, or D cups. Your new size will be a combination of what you started with, plus the implant volume. Remember, bra sizes may vary based on different styles and manufacturers. Your new bra size will ultimately depend on comfort and appearance. After breast surgery, your breasts will appear larger as a result of swelling but will decrease in size, and drop to a more natural position over time.
