Pep Boys Auto Service & Tire

I took my car here for new struts and alignment. After the 3rd time back because my car was all over the road, I took it to the Pep Boys on West Colonial Dr to get the alignment checked. They put it on a rack, never checked the alignment and 3 hours later said it was ok. The car was still all over the road. I took it to an independent repair shop, the technician said all 4 wheels were off by the same number of degrees and fixed the alignment. I went back to the original Pep Boys on SR 436 and had to raise my voice in front of other customers to get them to pay me back for the proper alignment they should have done on 4 different occasions. I have never step foot in a Pep Boys since and would not advise anyone to do so. Since then I have had tire work done at Sears, Tire Kingdom and the Goodyear store with no problems. This Pep Boys is great it has everything and great prices.. Great Auto Store- even my wife loves it.
