The name Perfection is no coincidence. In 1993, David Heitman started Perfection Property Restoration with his brother to raise the bar in the restoration industry by restoring residential, commercial, educational, and industrial buildings with a higher level of quality. Over time, Perfection grew to more than 100 team members, who took on fire and water damage, mold remediation, plumbing repair, plaster and drywall repair, painting and wallpaper hanging, floor repair, stone and tile restoration, biohazardous waste management and disposal, odor neutralization services, and large loss reconstruction projects, like repairing building exterior and infrastructures for commercial, residential and industrial properties, with the utmost professionalism. David, along with his son Mitch Heitman, led the overall strategic growth and operations for the legacy brand and continues to drive the success of the talented management team and carefully vetted production teams that work collaboratively across the Midwest region. Perfection’s teamwork, collaborative environment, and tight-knit culture helped create a sense of camaraderie that has defined Perfection as a leading restoration company.
