Poindexter Plumbing

Came out during the last ice/snow storm and fixed our burst pipes. They were there before 8:20am which was 10mins before we even expected a follow-up phone call (we had called last Sunday and chose to not pay for emerg services, just turned off water till the next morning). They were so fast, courteous, and confident which was so encouraging since we had never been through a predicament such as this before. They explained the "why's" as well as fixing the problem and helped with preventative measures for the future. They even volunteered to take off their shoes and snowy stuff each time they were in and out (which was a lot) in the FREEZING temps. They were so kind to our huge dog, our noisy baby, or our lack of knowledge regarding the issues. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM.
