My name Diane ihle, I had the best customer service , they were fast and very friendly. I will be calling them anytime I need a tow, I believe the young mans name was Glen, he picked me up in Irving and towed my car to Red Oak. We had great conversation and I found out he's a photographer. I wish him much success and I want to say Thank You for making a bad day great. Sincerely a very satisfied customer.
