I recently worked with this company; probably the biggest mistake ever!! I had some bees in my house but didn't know where they were coming from or even if it was a problem i didn't want to have them come out for nothing! the man on the phone told me it would be NO charge to come out and check it out! Well, the exterminator who did whined up coming out told me it would be $85 service fee (w/o) spraying!! So I went ahead with the extermination against my will!! four days after the services I was double charged and the office manager was more than rude when I tried to get my money back! they dont credit your account, they send a check! I asked to speak with a Manager and she told me they dont talk on the phone, WTF?!? I said I be would be contacting the BBB at which point she said they were not associated with and she hung up on me!!! DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE!!
