When I called, they were rude and disorganized. I will echo what others said here: The female receptionist was one of the most horrible people I have ever had the displeasure of speaking to. She is everything that's wrong with customer service (or lack thereof) these days. I was shocked and appalled by her behavior. She answered the phone with, "Yeah, what time do ya want?" and snapped, "Wow, you sure are having a bad day aren't ya?" while I was trying to explain my appliance issue. Avoid this company at all costs.

This place should go out of business because they don't know how to run one. Call someone else if you don't want to waste your time and money waiting for these people to show up. The quality of their work is EXTREMELY poor and they don't seem to mind.

Very rude. Terrible customer service. It is not that hard to be professional to people who are trying to give you business. However, the service people were much more polite. It is not that hard to be somewhat kind!

Preway charged us for repairing our washing machine even though they did not repair it. They then promised to credit back the 650 dollar charge but never did so, even after repeated calls and repeated promises on their part that the refund was forthcoming.

Preway replaced the compressor on my refrigerator on Feb 22nd (just 5 months ago). This morning all the food in the fridge was room temperature and had to be thrown away. This is a 6 year old top of the line Jennair. I called Preway and asked the receptionist if she could look up who did the repair and have him call me. She said its against their policy. She said I can speak to the service manager. I said ok. She said I'd first have to schedule a visit and would need to provide my credit card as a guarantee. The next available appointment was Wednesday (today is Friday). I explained that I may not want to wait that long, that I'm pregnant and taking medicine that needs refrigeration. I asked again if I can speak to the service manager. She refused. I explained that if the manager thinks the problem sounds like a compressor again, we would stop throwing good money after bad money on repair and buy a new appliance. I asked nicely again. She refused saying its "policy" and demanded that I give her my credit card before she'd transfer the call. I got very upset, told her to scr*w herself and hung up.
I'll never use this service again. I called Jennair who recommended them in the first place and filed a complaint. No one should have to deal with that rude woman again.

Can't comment on the actual repair work this company provides since I'm still waiting for the part to arrive. However, I can comment on Betty, the woman who schedules the appointments. She's extremely rude and snippy and if I could reach thru the phone and slap her, I would. She obviously hates her job and if they don't fire her,she should quit and find a job that does not involve dealing with the public.
