Great Company. Cory Belcher thank for your help you are the good example of good customer service support thank body.

After installing the engine in my car,it was running very poorly.The mechanics kept insisting that the engine was bad and needed taken out.My sales rep, Brandon,offered me a full refund for the engine or help with the charges of the R&R of another engine. Disgusted with the auto shop,I took my car home and put the spark plug wiring harness on correctly which was the problem the entire time. i now have a great running engine in my car. My thanks to Brandon as we talked and texted during my ordeal. I am very satisfied with the engine and the service I received from Purz.

I have an Jaguar XF Supercharged 4.2L. I have searched for an rear differential/ assembly for months!! Constantly being told was not one (used) in the country. I am extremely iffy about purchasing parts online because I have been scammed before. I came across Purzauto and was told they had my part in stock. After placing an inquiry online Brandon IMMEDIATELY called me back (on a Saturday at that) and took down my VIN to confirm this part was a true match. After we confirmed that it was a match, we moved forward with the purchasing and shipping. As promised and on time my product came in and was in almost perfect condition. My mechanic could not believe it. Brandon followed up with me a few times to make sure it fit and it did. He even made the personal call to my mechanic making sure he knew how to fix this part of my car. I looked on Parts.com and noticed they had this same part for $2,300.00 but I was able to get it for... ready?... $1,300.00 from Purzauto. I highly recommend Brandon at Purzauto because he gets the job done. Not only quickly, but effectively as well. Everyone knows how important customer service is and I appreciate Brandon going above and beyond!! Months later and my Jag is running beautifully as it should. Thank you so much!! :)

Outstanding company! Brandon was so very helpful; being I'm a woman with no knowledge of cars; well my heads were blown in my 2000 BMW 328I which had 182410 miles on it. I was truly in need of an engine; being replacing the heads were more expensive. I sent my vehicle to another vendor in Plano, Texas that wanted to replace the engine; but would not allow me to purchase my own engine. I googled engines for my vehicle and came up with Purzauto. If I tell you I was one of the happiest individuals knowing someone understood I'd no knowledge but went out on the line to help replace my engine. Absolutely the Best place for a used engine. An engine shop at home told me to trash the car, another engine can not be found. I searched for myself and after talking with Cory, I decided to take that chance. Marvelous!! The shop could not believe what I bought when they saw it and installed it. Runs as quit as a new engine. Walk right past it when I went to pick it up. Asked for the keys, told me they're in the car. Sat in it and saw the door light on and the ignition turned. Could not hear a thing. Never will I search anywhere else for an engine. I can go on and on about this engine. Thanks Cory for your patients and explaining everything to me. Your word is Bound!!! Thanks again, keep up the good work and be forever Blessed !!!

We have found Purzauto to be a company that understands customer service. To date, we have ordered an engine, transmission and an ECM-all different vehicles for our customers. It is so refreshing to find a partner we can work with that provides the same service we deliver. Brandon is always on top of getting us taken care of!!

I ordered a used transmission from Matt and he was very professional, knowledgeable, and made sure he got me my transmission in a timely manner. Matt provided excellent customer service and followed up to ensure I was taken care of and answered all my questions. After I had my transmission installed I had an issue with it and Matt was there for me working to make sure my transmission was working properly and worked on getting me a replacement transmission under my 3 year warranty. After working with Matt for a few weeks on getting me a replacement trans my transmission started working properly with no issues. Matt is now working on getting the replacement transmission picked up from me and returned at no charge to myself. Matt and his company really do what's right for their customers and honor their 3 year warranty. This is a great company to work with all thanks to Matts awesome customer service and attitude!

I ordered a used engine for my sons 1986 VW Cabriolet from Brandon at Purzauto he was sure to answer every question and concern I had. Unfortunately the engine had a few issues that needed to be dealt with. Brandon had NO problem resolving the issues promptly and courteously. I would recommend anyone to Purzauto as their expertise and excellent customer service is by far the best!!!!! Thank You Brandon and Thank You Purzauto
