RESIDENTIAL: I recommended you steam clean your carpet every 12 months to remove dirt, bacteria, and allergens. If you have children or pets you may need it more often. Most carpet warranties require professional steam carpet cleaning at least once every 18-24 months.

First, I do a free in-home inspection. As I walk through the areas to be cleaned, we discuss any areas of concern, I measure the areas, and an estimate is given that fits your needs and budget. Second, once the estimate is approved, I pre-treat the carpet with an environmentally friendly cleaning solution to loosen soil and stubborn spills. Third, I clean the carpet with a truck mounted cleaning system. This hot water extraction (or steam cleaning) flushes out all the dirt, spots, and cleaning products, to leave your carpet soft, fresh and clean. Fourth, I apply any carpet protectant that you may want, to extend the life of your carpet. Lastly, I do a final walk thru, give you an estimated drying time, and make recommendations for future carpet care.
COMMERCIAL: I provide encapsulation that offers low moisture cleaning and hot water extraction. This effectively cleans deep into the carpet fibers and extracts hard to remove particles like oil and grease.
