Don't count on this guy even after you have an estimate and shook hands! We turned away other companies for the job and even after being very accommodating when the day came, he simply didn't want to do the job he previously agreed to do. Cost us lots of $$ and a delay in opening the business. On top of all, the guy is a real prima donna - refused to install an eco friendly water heater even though we offered to sign a service waiver. Some folks just don't get it!
