        I've been a customer for 3 years. I currently have internet and only internet services, which I was quoted amount to $66.60/month. My current bill is $458, for 2 months. This is the equivalent of almost 7 months worth of the internet service I agreed to purchase. I'm told this is due to a balance I had from 18 moths ago, as well as their ludicrous, thieving fees. I've made payments every month for the past 18 months, but no payments were applied to this mysterious balance from February, 2015 that RCN continues to milk. No customer service reps can provide an explanation.Their services are faulty and my internet constantly went out. This company is truly a bunch of scam artists and will be completely ambiguous about their reasoning for screwing you over. Their goal is to confuse you and rob you. I left them today and subscribed to another carrier. Do not patronize RCN.
